Facilities Supervisor

Role Overview The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the plant's non-process infrastructure and ensuring compliance with applicable Singapore safety and regulatory standards. The role oversees facility maintenance, contractor coordination, and statutory compliance for building systems and utilities within the biomass power plant. This position works closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure the site operates safely, reliably, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility systems including buildings, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical distribution (non-process), fire protection, and site security systems. Coordinate and supervise contractors performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Maintain facility asset registers, service records, and maintenance documentation.
