About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities and IPM Oversight: Ensure all facilities management activities are completed on time based on approved plans and budgets, while overseeing the effective implementation of the IPM Plan across the entire plant.
- Staffing and Role Allocation: Determine staffing requirements and assign personnel roles based on their respective engineering disciplines.
- Contract Review and Change Management: Review contracts and provide technical input; participate in contract management by initiating, collecting, and consolidating variation requests and change orders.
- Project Monitoring and Deliverables Tracking: Track engineering team deliverables against approved contracts and project plans; ensure facility management activities comply with project milestones, escalate unforeseen variations, and determine appropriate ...
