• Delivery of best in class customer services and satisfaction, including cleaning, pest control, mail services, light duty maintenance, food services, reception, security and managing the relationship with T2 suppliers to ensure specifications, SOWs and SLAs are followed and achieved.
• Accountable for top‑class customer service delivery, ensuring team members are trained and meet clients’ expectations.
