Job Title Facilities Technician 
Salary (A GBP 37k : A GBP 42k) DOE : Paid hourly, overtime expected

Hours 39 hours: Mon: Thurs 06:15-15:15, Fri 06:15-11:15

Role Purpose The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the day:to:day planned and reactive maintenance of all facilities and building fabric (i.e. welfare areas, HVAC, electrical distribution and various plant rooms etc.) across the estate working within a multi:disciplined maintenance team led by AML Maintenance Management Team.
