Facilities Technician

Roles and Responsibilities: Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control Handling works at Grade A Commercial Buildings Requirements Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills Shift Work required (3 shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Night) Night shift allowance provided Work Location: CBD
