Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support office moves, space planning, and workplace setup.
- Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses.
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions.
Compensation
Cash compensation range: $20.50 - $30.59.
