Need developing portfolio analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to maximize the efficient use of current and potential real property assets. Plans cost effective and timely real estate transaction services including property selection, negotiates acquisition by lease or purchase, portfolio management, disposal through sale or sublease, and management related issues
