Your Role:
To be the owner / key stake holder in running facilities department
Interface with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to ensure all project obligations are met
Manage and report project financials to meet and exceed project budget
Responsible to meet the cost metrics related to Utility & Facility
Ensure there is no downtime to Production due to facility issues
Responsible to meet all KPIs of Facility department
Drive predictive maintenance & Effectively track of all Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports and Corrective Work Order...
