The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Civil Engineer (CE) Operations Flight Workforce Manager. To provide customer interface and receive, review, and process all CE service requests associated with work performed in facilities base-wide within the appropriate Information Technology (IT) system. Responsibilities Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for demand maintenance/customer service. Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for preventive maintenance (PM). Responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing all Civil Engineering work requirements and CE Enterprise IT data associated with operations management, warranty program management and investment planning.
