Responsibilities
- Assist in building facilities preventive and ad‑hoc maintenance & cleaning works;
- Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building;
- Hands‑on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.);
- Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors;
- Manage service contractors and sub‑contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager;
- Able to perform simple troubleshoot issues
- Attend to breakdown of building client service calls
- Preparation of reports and administration at the project site.
