Description
As a Training Development Lead , you will support the development and implementation of the Basic Flight Training (BFT) program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) . This role contributes to the design, review, validation, and integration of aviation training systems, courseware, training devices, and training centre infrastructure.
