Labour Hire and Recruitment have a client in Bayswater seeking to appoint two factory hands to join their team.

They make various vinyl products for the pool and automotive industry.

There is no real heavy lifting involved, but it is a fast paced environment and they have KPIs (targets) that need to be achieved, depending on the product, that might be daily or hourly.

This company is the busiest they have ever been and growing rapidly and there is some overtime available.

Every person placed in there will be offered permanency after a 13 week period based on your ability, reliability, punctuality and attendance over that period of time.

You do not need previous experience as there is full training involved, but you will need basic computer skills as some of the cutting machines are CNC operated (no programming) only set up.
