Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and upkeep production and mixing equipment according to GMP, HACCP, and ISO requirements.
- Monitor the quality of items and proper operation of machines.
- Check the technical and hygienic condition of machines and tools; ensure no damage to tools.
- Coordinate with the immediate manager and technicians for equipment failure or troubleshooting.
- Contribute to process improvements to reduce waste and operating costs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Factory Machine Operator in an FMCG production environment.
- Experience as an Equipment Driver is preferred (2 years).
