Factory Manager (Tijuana)

Eaton’s Aerospace Fuel & Electrical Distribution (FED) Division is seeking a Factory Manager to join the Tijuana Plant. Relocation assistance is available from within Mexico.

What you’ll do

This position will be responsible for leading operations at the Tijuana Plant with all activities related to a Factory Manager for all existing products and processes on those lines. The role oversees overall management of manufacturing cell lines, leading the manufacturing team to achieve production schedule, product quality, product cost, customer satisfaction, financial measures and employee safety and engagement. It coordinates with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements, drives performance to exceed financial plans and strategic goals, and motivates personnel to create a high‑performance culture.
