The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be at the heart of the factory, working closely with the Production Manager to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll be leading from the front — supporting the team, driving productivity, and ensuring quality is never compromised.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
* Contract: Self-employed for the first 3 months, with a clear pathway to a permanent position
