Purpose of the role

As Faculty Leader for Calculation, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the faculty, ensuring excellence in quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, and leadership. You will lead, inspire and develop colleagues, shaping a clear vision for the faculty and ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
