Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for providing core, flexible, short-term, intensive and preventative home-based services and support to families in which children are at imminent risk. The goal is to protect children and to stabilize families by helping to make improvements in the environment, parent capabilities, family interactions, child safety and wellbeing, working with parents to address those issues/dysfunctions (abuse, neglect, parent inability to parent) that place the child at risk of placement and to establish a range of services tailored to the needs and preferences of families and for an intensive period.
