MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Agricultural Qualification (preferably)
- Min of 5 years previous experience in similar role
- Experience with and understanding of Olive growing preferable
- Computer Literacy.
- Knowledge in Global GAP HACCP ISO
- Must be trustworthy, hands-on and a team player who enjoys working with high standards of excellence.
- Eager to learn
- Ability to drive the tractor and operate various implements (spray pump, ripper etc.)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid drivers license
