Job Summary : Responsible for overseeing and managing farm operations including planting, harvesting, and supervising a team of farm workers for blueberry and strawberry crops. Ensures crop quality, safety, and bio‑security protocols are followed.

• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
• Implement soil fertility programs
• Tie and secure plants
• Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
• Hire and train staff
• Perform general farm duties
