Qualifications:
Education:
1. Bachelor Degree
 2. Excellent knowledge of the English language
 3. Preferably specialization course or Master
Job functions:
The intern will be placed in the Food & Beverage department and will have the opportunity to have a complete view of the department management by carrying out the following activities:
Menu engineering;
Analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs;
Preparation of the monthly rota for the F&B departments;
Management of F&B staff (coordination of departmental tasks and management of employee leave);
Management of the department's correspondence and the commitments of the F&B Director;
