Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all F&B operations within the hotel. This includes delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue and profitability, ensuring high standards of service, and leading and developing a high-performing team. The role requires a strong, hands‑on leader who leads by example and ensures all operations run smoothly in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, events, and room service
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented and consistently followed
- Maintain exceptional service standards, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas
- Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor during service periods
