+ _Identify the root cause for unpriced parts for which Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) may have already a customer order._
+ _Assign the corrective action based on above analysis to the responsible department._
+ _Actively follow-up on open assignments, especially on high-priority issues._
+ _Upload identified cost to our costing system._
