We place engineers inside US companies as their main AI and digital transformation expert. You will be the technical person embedded in one real business at a time: manufacturers, distributors, clinics, logistics firms, and professional services companies. Many of these still run on spreadsheets and manual processes, and they are ready to modernize.
Your job is to learn how the business actually works and then build the AI tools, automations, and systems that help it run better. You will work closely with the owners and operators, and you will see your work put to use soon after you build it.
You will also have support behind you. We train you, give you ongoing mentorship, and provide modern AI tooling so you can do strong work quickly. What you'll do Embed full-time with one US company at a time as their internal AI and digital transformation lead.
