FEA Engineer (2-4 Years)

Key Responsibilities: Perform FEA simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and post-processing Execute linear & nonlinear static, transient, thermal, fatigue, dynamic analyses using FEA tools Develop and implement efficient 2D/3D meshing strategies to ensure accuracy and computational efficiency Evaluate load paths, stress distribution and related physical phenomena across various systems Validate simulation results against experimental data and provide design recommendations Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings with stakeholders Maintain accurate design documentation including BOMs, specifications and change notices as per project & corporate standards Collaborate with design, CFD, testing and manufacturing teams to support product development Apply simulation-driven optimization techniques to improve product designs Ensure timely completion of analysis tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverablesRequired...
