Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Feasibility Manager to join their team in Doha.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing detailed, high-quality research, financial analysis, and other analytical work for senior staff, recommending sound portfolio investment decisions that seek good returns and minimising the risk of losses

Distilling economic, legal, political, market, and other analytical factors into summaries to quantify the impact that those may have on the project risk/rewards for each project

Conducting property-level financial analysis including equity/debt modelling, structured return modelling, return/risk analysis, and pro-forma cashflow analyses

Preparing presentation materials and reports for the Director, Portfolio Management Investments, and Head of Portfolio Management Investments
