FEED MILL TEAM LEADER Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein! -Location: Bloemfontein, Free State -Salary: Market Related -Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm -Start Date: ASAP Essential Requirements: -National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) -Valid driver''s license and own transport -MS Office proficiency -1 year supervisory experience (advantageous) -Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous) Key Responsibilities: -Conduct regular quality control checks on feed production -Inspect ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity -Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards -Ensure staff performs duties as per procedure -Troubleshoot and address production issues promptly -Resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime Essential Skills: -Resilience and ability to cope with pressure -Reliability and atte...
