FEEDLOT MANAGER

Qualifications & Requirements: Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (strongly preferred) Experience: Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping Technical Skills: Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
