We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our brand-new package in Swindon , supporting a vibrant 27-year-old lady living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who has a cognitive age of 11–12 years. She enjoys living life to the fullest and needs a team who will encourage her independence, support her routines, and engage in her favourite activities. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by providing consistent, hands-on support.

We are looking for proactive, engaging support workers who are attentive and fully present – no mobile phone distractions.
