female Support Worker
You’ll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands‑on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives. We are looking for support workers confident to drive transit sized vehicle.
Shift Patterns
- Long Days: 7:30am – 10:00pm
- Sleep‑ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (paid to sleep)
Rotas are issued in advance to support work‑life balance.
