Festivals From India and Art X Company is hiring for an Associate, Founder's Office, who serves as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting the execution of priorities across Festivals From India and Art X Company. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that offers significant exposure to leadership, strategy, partnerships, and the creative sector ecosystem. The role is ideal for someone highly organised, accountable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will help create leverage for the Founder by driving follow-through, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business development efforts.
