Field application engineer - amr & automation (monterrey)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who can both execute and influence.

This role sits between engineering and sales:

You will deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize AMR/AGV solutions in real industrial environments While also identifying opportunities, supporting commercial discussions, and helping close deals

This is not a pure service role.

This is not a pure sales role.

You are expected to make systems work and help grow the business

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Technical (Core – 60–70%)

Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AMR/AGV systems On-site support for customers (automotive, logistics, manufacturing) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues Work closely with global engineering teams Support pilot projects and demos

Commercial Support (30–40%)
