**Compensation Range ( Northern California Region )**
+ Base Salary: $78,000 - $80,000
+ Cost of Living Adjustment: $4200 - $25,800 Depending on location
+ Total Compensation Range: $82,200 - $105,800 (Salary + COLA) (depending on Project location)
