Field Engineering, AI/ML Product Specialist

As the AI/ML Product Specialist, you will be defining our technical go-to-market strategy and driving AI/ML product adoption in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.

You will directly work with customers to guide and influence their data application architecture and decisions. Present, demo, and pitch Databricks AI/ML product suite and act as a trusted advisor for senior executives, ensuring customers leverage Databricks to solve business problems.

Serve as the technical expert supporting internal field engineering teams, enabling them to understand key product differentiators. Partner with product managers to define product direction and inform strategy based on local market knowledge. Although you will not have direct reports, you will recruit and lead specialist groups across the field to scale impact.
