Field Marketing Manager

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the MDC under the COCO model, ensuring seamless coordination among franchisees, field teams, and farmers driving efficiency and customer satisfaction at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the Model DeHaat Centers (MDC) under the COCO model

• Manage inventory, stock audits, and FIFO/LIFO rotation for agricultural inputs/outputs

• Coordinate with DeHaat Captains to aggregate farmer demand and enhance service delivery

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Tele Advisors to drive demand and resolve queries

• Ensure timely product delivery to farmers/FPOs and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maintain compliance, records, and prepare reports for audits and senior management

• Coordinate with vendors and transporters to optimize procurement and logistics
