About The Job
Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.
What You’ll Do
- Should have strong knowledge and understanding of the current company processes
- Evaluate and monitor field visits
- Adhere to process improvement initiatives (e.g., trackers, violation coaching)
- Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result in company loss
- Report and create tickets for challenges encountered
- Serve as a point of contact for internal initiatives such as QA intervention, ad‑hoc tasks, and special validation projects
- Coaching and mentoring field officers
- Create valuable reports based on collated data and share QA insights
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks to help the team's productivity
