About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, masons, and laborers, etc.
- Communicate effectively with HR and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of manpower requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of manpower deployment.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
