Field Representative

Summary This vacancy is for a Field Representative (FR) position supporting Special Census (SC) operations for Yorkville, IL. Applicants selected will have their home as their Duty Station and will be required to travel throughout their local area. Responsibilities Conducts interviews primarily in person (door to door) and when requested may conduct phone interviews to SC data as required within an assigned geographic area. Communicates with respondents, supervisors, and other persons as appropriate. Understands SC materials in order to explain the purpose of the SC, ask questions as worded on the questionnaire and enters accurate and complete information onto SC forms. Canvass and travel around an area in an organized manner to find and verify living quarters. Maintains personal payroll records that reflect hours worked, miles driven, and reimbursements for travel and communications claimed. Completes and attends in-person training.
