Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide onsite support for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar inverters and monitoring systems.
- Deliver telephonic and email-based technical support to customers.
- Perform PCB replacements and other hardware-level interventions as required.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve system performance issues.
