**Field Service Engineer:**
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment.
**Your role:**
+ Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
+ Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
+ Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems.
+ Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.
+ Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements.
