Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems. Records and processes highly complex inquiries. Support product commissioning on site. Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up. Provide central technical support for the service-partner-network and end customers in the respective region and/or area. Provide detailed documentation of all activities Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
