Responsibilities
- Travel between customer sites throughout Spain and Europe.
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of AVT hardware.
- Instruct the customer about the day‑to‑day use and maintenance of their AVT hardware.
- Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site.
- Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns.
Qualifications
- Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma.
- Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns.
- Good level of mechanical exposure/experience.
