Job Overview: Work with advanced thin film processing tools for PVD deposition in semiconductor manufacturing. Interface directly with customers to support equipment in the field, including troubleshooting and installations. Perform technical support for high vacuum equipment, PVD, and robotics in cleanrooms. Provide on-call support, which may include off-shift work.
- Note: This role is based on a 35-hour workweek. It requires full-time presence at assigned office(s)/worksite(s) in San Jose, CA. This is a customer-facing role with compliance to customer policies, including COVID-19 measures.
