Hours:  Full time – average of 40 hours per week across various shifts, to include some weekends 
Transport:  This role comes with a Company vehicle, a fuel card, serviced and MOT included and can be used for personal use. 
We have an exciting full time / permanent opportunity within Inspired Gaming for a Field Service Engineer. Inspired Gaming offers an expanding portfolio of content, technology, hardware and services for regulated gaming, betting, lottery, social and leisure operators across land-based and mobile channels around the world. 
What you’ll do: Your role will be to repair, service and troubleshoot on all types of gaming terminals in Licensed Betting Offices, Pubs, Motorway Services and Adult Gaming Centres, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks: 
Ensure that at all times the response to service calls are within the SLA targets as laid down by the company/customer.
