Field Service Engineer – Surgical, Ventilation & Anaesthesia

Location: Catalonia, Spain (covers Aragón, Baleares, and other areas as required). Field and home‑based.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday.
• Manage your designated service area, promote new contracts, and liaise with customers for renewals.
• Take service role for installations within the service territory and coordinate installation of large orders if required.
• Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with technical support and promote service opportunities.
• Occasional training of electromedicine staff on designated equipment.
• Track and maintain parts and loaner inventories.
• Support dealers to ensure the best possible customer experience of Mindray.
