Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Representative. The role is critical for managing and supporting our Marine Tank Farm (MTF) and Closed-Loop business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, minimizing downtime, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations:
- Customer service: Provide support to customers in external facilities, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Installation, repair, and maintenance: Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment at the site
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues
- Reporting: Generate service reports
- Safety: Responsible for complete EHS activities at the Customer site
