Field Service Technician (2 Openings) – Spokane, WA
We are seeking two Field Service Technicians to support a large-scale device lifecycle refresh across multiple healthcare locations in the Spokane area. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting three main sites in Spokane, along with surrounding clinics.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support device lifecycle refresh activities, including imaging, deployment, and replacement of devices
+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including PCs, peripherals, and printers
+ Assist with IP address configuration and basic network connectivity issues
+ Perform hardware setup, cleanup, and rollout activities across multiple locations
+ Manage and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner
+ Provide on-site, white-glove customer support to clinical and administrative staff
