Job Objective
The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on‑site operational support team and supports customers daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full‑time at customers premises.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical and operational on‑site support to the UAE AF
- Point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT
- TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA enhancements MINDS roadmap)
- Support to UAE AF IAC on the job training
- Support to IAC and globally DISA proposal definition
