Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Finacle Product Engineer to lead the customization, integration, and optimization of the Finacle Core Banking platform within our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of Finacle deployments, supporting banking operations, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with business goals. The incumbent will work closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to implement best practices and enhance the platform’s capabilities in a secure, efficient, and compliant manner.

Extensive hands-on experience with Finacle 11.x and product capabilities, customization, and architecture
Strong expertise in Finacle 11 customization flows such as new menu creation, report generation (MRT & Jasper), batch jobs, and EOD/BOD processes
