Finance & Accounting Specialist

Nofence is a Norwegian scale‑up that has built the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. The Finance & Accounting Specialist will own all accounting operations in Norway, and act as the go‑to point for accounting matters across the group.

Responsibilities

• Full end‑to‑end Norwegian accounting: posting supplier invoices, booking receipts, processing employee expenses, payment runs, AR/AP follow‑up, accuracy in account and cost centre allocation.
• Serve as the accounting point of contact for international subsidiaries and their local accounting firms.
• Handle second‑line finance support cases for employees and customers.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Support compliance and audit activities: Skattefunn reporting, audit documentation, intercompany reconciliations.
