We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Supervisor to support the finance operations of our Swiss entities while working closely with the corporate FP&A team.

It is crucial that the candidate has by now 1-2 years leading small-medium teams.

This role combines financial planning & analys and accounting, playing a key role in month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting quality improvements.
Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances vs. budget and forecast

  • Validate and support forecast submissions
  • Partner with FP&A teams to provide financial insights and business drivers
  • Prepare and review management reports (MMR) during monthly close
  • Conduct cost center analysis and monitor administrative expenses
